Reunions, Plans and Manifestations

This week I've been journaling about...

Setting Targets

I have a business coach. I like having someone hold me to account, it’s really important to me. This week, she got me to write down my targets for the growth of my business and how it will look over the next month, 3 months and 6 months too. That can feel daunting (well, to me it did) but that’s why you do it. Plus, the irony of someone else getting me to write stuff down, wasn’t lost on me!

Manifestation

I manifested this week. My manifestation included a property, a forest and a river. I can picture it too. It won’t just be my home though, it will be the WNI (Who Needs Instructions) headquarters; a safe place for people to come, relax, learn and refresh – WNI HQ!

World Mental Health Day

Monday 10th October is/was World Mental Health Day. It’s an important day in my work calendar. Everything that WNI and of course TJG does, all stems from looking after your own wellbeing. I honestly don’t know if the stigma around mental health will ever be removed. I hope it does, but as we stand right now, it feels like a huge task.

Dug Deep

This is truly personal, so forgive me for not going into too much detail. I have had an issue with a friend who I fell out with about a year ago and after writing about it this week, I have decided that it is a friendship that isn’t worth fighting for. I wrote hundreds and hundreds of words about this, going through all the scenarios to try and get to the bottom of the whole situation. It has been on my mind for 12 months. It’s been bugging me for that whole time. So, I did what I do best. I wrote about it, figured it out and have come to a conclusion.

Reunions

My recent birthday celebrations have renewed my vigour for maintaining friendships. They are the family you’d choose to have after all. I was blessed with people making a huge effort (and financial cost) to visit for my party. Primary school friends, who I’ve known for over 40 years paid for hotels and bought me gifts. These people mean something to me. That’s an understatement, they mean the WORLD to me. So, a Christmas reunion is in the planning stage currently. I can’t wait.

I love plans

There are times when it’s great to have nothing to do, but only occasionally. Now, this is true for me, but I’ve only figured that out by writing about it. I had a few weekends with no plans and soon found myself getting bored. So, now I make sure I have things to do in my downtime.
